I wrote this clinical exemplar during my “Transition to Practice” course during the final semester of nursing school. The purpose of this exemplar was to write about a nursing experience during clinical that affected a patient outcome and left an impact on my view of nursing. I felt that the situation I wrote about was a great example of how even the smallest action in nursing can have a great impact on patient care.
