Improvement always makes practice seem worthwhile. While I didn’t improve that much, I scored three percentage points higher on this practice than I did on Pharmacology Practice A. Three percentage points may not seem like a lot, but to me it feels like steady improvement. These practice exams have been so helpful when figuring out what I need to work on to be an effective test taker. Building my confidence as a test taker is something I have been working on. I am curious to see what it will be like when I am no longer taking these practice exams in the comfort of my own home. I think that when it is time to take proctored exams in the classroom, my confidence may be a little less because this has happened to me in the past. The environment of test taking is something that has always gotten to me. When I take exams in school I use earplugs and sometimes that helps my focus.

My goal for test taking moving forward will be to continue to use my reflective strategies when answering a question. I hope that if I can continue the same strategies that I’ve been using at home, I won’t be too nervous in a different setting.
